I believe someone told me it means the house is without water&/or utlities:confused::confused:
It means Water Off.

Structures that have the gas shut off will have a yellow stencil of the letter D.
blue=water
yellow=gas
This saves time and cuts down on accidents when a contracted demo company shows up. They can tell right off if it's safe to begin. Unless of course a squatter or someone rigged the valves after the fact.
