No. Just like homeschooled kids, they have every right to participate in their local school activities [[sports, school psychologist, social worker, after school activities, etc). The local school district does not get the state and federal monies for those kids.

No. If a home schooled student uses some portion of district services, the district receives proportional compensation from the state.Quote:
