In the Wednesday edition of the Wall Street Journal, [[October 24,2012), there is an ad for the Free Press Building to be in an online auction on Nov. 5-8.

I can only assume that the former owners were unable to get the financing together. Hope it gets fixed up for residential/commercial soon.

I wonder how much money, realistically, it would take to fully renovate the building, if the goal were apartments & small business outlets..
