As always I'm guarded when it comes to good news about my birthplace.
But it's positive. On the EEV tour yesterday a homeowner mentioned that homes that went from 100K plus ten years ago to 30-50K in 08 are climbing up to the 70K ranges.
Prepare for the worst hope for the best.
