Gun Turn in Program & Things

Found this that was on Fox 2's site and tried to find a post about it on here, to no avail, so here it is. As noted in the article criminals will not be the one's turning in guns. So I ask, what is the point? By the way that is a rhetorical question.

The second part of this post is another article I found on another site, as to which establishments have posted "NO GUN" Signs.....do you think the criminals will read that and leave it in their cars? Again rhetorical.....
