Old Photo of Detroit?

Does anyone recognize this place? I was told that it is thought to be in Detroit.

appears to be the backside of a tennament. It does have some siliarities to the barracks at Fort, Wayne, but buildiings in background seem to be too colse for it to be a fort.

Can anyone perhaps identify the car as well?
