ISO Large warehouse to rent for non profit event. The Michigan Glass Project 2017.

I represent a non profit that benefits local organizations in need. We host a three day art festival where we showcase and demonstrate glass blowing. Last year we donated 80k to Art Road Non profit. They bring elementary art programming to local public schools.

We are tenants at the Russell Industrial center and host the event in the Exhibition center. Due to the recent condemning of the building, our future is uncertain and we lack a location. We are in search of a large industrial warehouse space to rent that is 35k sq ft or larger with adequate parking and electrical. Any leads would be helpful.
