On Saturday, it will be a little easier to shop in Detroit.
Detroit Synergy's sixth annual Shop Detroit event kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Compuware Building on Campus Martius and runs until 4 p.m. The one-day-only holiday shopping bonanza is expected to draw more than 300 people, who can take complimentary shuttle buses from Compuware to Midtown, New Center and Eastern Market to explore the city's retail treasures.
