I like how the additions are in the back and thus the streetwall is maintained

Hoping for the best. But there will never be another Broadway Market, which had the most wonderful aromas and corned beef sandwiches ever made. Deep Sigh. :)

Something akin to a Westborn/Poppa Joe's concept was in the discussion stages a while back and now with more apartments coming on line it will probably happen. It needs to be a central location, think Woodward Ave frontage on the Q line.
