Yes, everyone knows about that. Given our present SCOTUS, it's not hard to understand FDR's frustration. But he was hardly the raving commie the righties paint him.
More of a corporatist really. If you are linked to the right union or business, you might do ok; get an exemption from Obamacare or qualify for a government contract depending... Cartels are great!
