There is a centennial anniversary party for the Spaulding Court Apartments on Rosa Parks, just north of Grand River in Detroit on June 16th. You can read about it, and the plans to renovate the property here:

After viewing the movies, Hostel and Hostel 2, I think I'm going to stay away from that Vermont and Spruce location. Spending the night would defintely be out of the question.

The description of the location is a bit off. Spaulding Court is SOUTH of Grand River. The closest major cross streets are I-75 and Mack. The flyer has the correct location.
