City 311 Tracker App

Just starting using this app on my phone where I live.

You take a picture of something that's broken and click send. It will then submit and direct the request to the appropriate department. You can track the progress on your request.

I did one for broken glass in the alley that was cleaned up rather quickly. The pothole request took a couple days because it was bundled with other jobs in that same area. It's a great app and I've noticed things have been fixed more quickly than before...especially when it comes to free graffiti removal on private property which can be resolved in a matter of hours.

If it's not reported, it's not broken!!!

Hopefully this will catch on in all cities everywhere.
