Old Restaurant that burned down: Granny's Rocking Chair Cafe

I remember seeing it [[off the Lodge in the Cass Corridor?) when going to the Bus station with my Late Mom and Grandmother, back in the Summer of 1973. There was a Big rocking chair on the roof. Made me curious about the history [[torched in the Riot-or later?) Anyone remember this??

I also have a vague memory of seeing actual tenements [[rare in the D) near the Bus station on Congress-perhaps back in the 1960s. Or, maybe I'm dreaming this-or it was in Cleveland.
