The GAR is restored, with two restaurants, an event space and the Mindfield offices. They documented the restoration here.

The GAR is fully occupied. Across Grand River, DTE's Beacon Park is blossoming, with a full list of events and being dubbed as a second Campus Martius.
This air-conditioning unit in the attic should answer all questions on the state of this building.
I'm not especially familiar with HVAC units -- is that a good one?
