Room for rent. 101 year old home on Field near Belle Isle, Downtown, WSU and DMC.

All utilitlities included with internet access, cable. Kitchen priveledges and washer dryer in basement. Fully furnished but storage is available for your stuff. Or bring your furnishings and we will store our stuff .

Currently available: the Master suite. One room, with walk in dressing room which includes a window seat.

$400 per month

A pet [[dog) is negotiable. There is a large dog run in the yard.

The house is non smoker/smoker friendly, smoking zones and non smoking zones exist. Residents are welcome to have guests/parties in side or out with forenotice. No over nights however.
