The I am really hopeful for this possible conversation.
It is worth pointing out that the Mouron family is the seller of the property. Maybe the winds of change are blowing through their offices and seeing there properties get redeveloped and put back in the people business is starting to take root. That would be fantastic.
They want to make money [[Mouron) in what ever they are involved in...I'll bet the train station is in play in 2 to 3 years.
