I hadn't realized the link wasn't working. The closest I found was this:

It has other links on it, including the Wayne State one.
The server relocation must be complete because the site was up and running tonight when I just tried it. It includes the following note:The 600 dpi files for Monroe, Oakland 1949, and St Clair 1949 are being uploaded this week.
