11. Poletown 1981 exhibit at the Hamtramck Historical Museum opens tonight, July 23. Photographer Bruce Harkness exhibits 50 of his photos of the Poletown neighborhood as it was being demolished to make way for the General Motors Hamtramck-Detroit Assembly plant in 1981.
