Yeah, I know...:p... What a topic? But I rarely fry at home and tired of those clumpy, over cooked, heavily battered fair found in most of the fried chicken and fish joints in and about the city.
I'm not saying tempura light level, but any one know where I can get chicken tenders to go lightly battered? I need to get my 'fried' food binge on this month before I go healthier. Thank you.
