Flint named to federal Strong Cities, Strong Communities initiative

My apologies if this should be in the Non-Detroit section. I'm not sure if you consider Flint in Detroit metro area or not.

Ummm...

Flint and Detroit are part of the FLA, [[Flat Land Area).

Although there are parts of Northern Oakland County that reminds one of the North Michigan.
