Could be passed by the end of the week. It's definitely something that will at the very least be able to slow down the scrappers/ make it easier to catch them.

The business next door to my shop got hit by scrappers today they were working on a piece of machinery and took a couple of pieces of it outside to blow them off went back inside to get a blowgun and under 3 minutes the parts were gone. The only thing the owner saw was a grey van pulling out of the parking lot the parts are worth thousands to the owner and a few bucks to the scrapper. We have scrappers in the area constantly I hate them with a passion.
