Snyder's urban policy and rail policy is better than Granholm's. She had none of either really.
But it's still smoke and mirrors. His and his team's understanding of these issues is limited. The black city experience is foreign to them. And the BRT and light rail is a give away to the suburbs.
Yet it's a start.
