I have not yet listened to Trump's Congressional Speech, but I read that it contained a lot about urban issues and challenges. Any comments from the DY community? Or is the reaction all President Pruneface v2.0.

There needs to be grants for minority entrepreneurs/contractors in federal construction projects. A new WPA and CCC needs to be created.
Why should some entrepreneur/contractors be paid with our tax money to win contracts on price? Where does redistribution stop? We need to spend our money on structural engineering not social engineering so that we end up with the best infrastructure for everybody.Quote:
