The first part of this film exposes the atrocious treatment of the Marshall Islanders by the United States government since the second world war. Atom bombs dropped near civilian populations and the establishment of bases on atolls contrasted with the poverty and disease of the natives.

Warning; this is a very graphic depiction of the relentless need to dominate and punish and destroy life by the imperialists that rule over the United States and possessions, protectorates and fiefdoms on this planet.

So why did they name it that?

What happened in the Marshall Islands is not a big hidden secret anymore it was kept secretive during the Cold War for obvious reasons but hard to keep something like that a secret.

There are also several other short movies out there that show how the plastic trash is destroying the islands along with the sea water rising or the islands sinking,foreign countries harvesting millions of tons of sand the list goes on.

We had lots of test results from the bombs dropped on Japan but because the cat was out of the bag with nukes it was necessary to figure out everything they could have in case of an attack here.

The dirty side of war is sacrificing thousands in order to save millions.

The daily threat of a possible nuke war in the 50s was real and what was done needed to be done.

Others countries like to cry shame on the United States for doing the dirty work but they gladly excepted the test results in order to save thier population in case of an attack.

My two sons are in their twenties, and both of them are pretty massive 6'2" fellas. I think they had plenty of the right stuff to get them going.

The Chinese were the first ethnic group in Ireland back then, and Irish cities gave become more cosmopolitan, and that is a good thing. It means that where they used to lose tens of thousands of educated youth people back when, they turned around and accepted hundreds of thousands of immigrants that enriched the country enormously. I know that for Chump followers like you, this is anathema. How do you think the US got o be that big?

Beyond which, ranking countries is difficult to say the least as I don't think 10 Americans [[or Canadians or diverse citizens of the world) could be expected to agree on an absolute criteria or how to weight said criteria.

While there can not be an 'objective' best. Most of us could probably agree on some set of factors that we would all value.

Life expectancy, low rate of violent crime, high rate of social mobility, high median household income, high cancer survival rate at 5 years post diagnosis, low levels of pollution, high labour standards [[workplace safety, freedom from discrimination/harassment etc.) and a slew of other factors.

While I don't think that list [[or any other) can exist objectively [[with weighting etc.); I can reasonably say that no such similar list, by anyone would rank the US #1.

That doesn't mean bupkis in the real world, except that it makes your bragging rather hollow and that much more obnoxious.
