If you kid leaves the house mad because they did not like the breakfast you laid out for them,they go to the school and assault somebody,can you as a parent be charged with assault because you knew their state of mind when they left the house,and you could have prevented the assault?
Kids get moody,so should parents treat their children as a potential school shooter if they go though different phases?
No matter what,how many parents believe their kid is capable of shooting up a school?
