Medicare Fraud by Drug Companies

"...Tens of thousands of people and companies are excluded, including nurses, physicians, dentists, pharmacies and durable medical equipment suppliers. 'The current administration is feeling that they want to increase enforcement in this area, and they're of the belief that monetary settlements aren't sufficient, and they need to charge individuals to deter the conduct,' Jeffrey Senger, a lawyer at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington and former acting chief counsel with the FDA, said in a telephone interview..."
Of course, W believed that companies should police themselves, and his cronies wanted to show that Medicare didn't work so they would not be motivated to do much enforcement. Why anyone would vote for any sort of neocon is beyond me.
And whistleblowers are again getting protection and it's paying off.

The shrub wasn't interested in protecting whistleblowers.

You have to be really stupid to vote for a neocon.
