The next step in facial recognition and autonomous drones

Picture this,you are walking down the street and with your phone you snap a picture of somebody.

Then you log on to the internet and select the "follow" option,after that where ever that person goes and there is a digital camera present that is connected to the internet,cell phone,TV,traffic cameras,digital home security systems etc the program will capture that persons image and notify you of that persons location.

Sounds crazy? The CIA just purchased the program from Russia.

Autonomous drones.

Israel has developed a kamikaze missile drone,it is launched and seeks targets with no human intervention,once it finds a target it attacks it as a missile.

C130 fly's overhead and drops thousands of miniature drones about the size of a dollar torn in half,when they get close to the ground they start seeking targets based on body temperature and thermal sensors,once they locate a target they attack,also kamikaze style with a built in explosive.

There is a group fighting against all of this because of the obvious aspect of the drones cannot tell the difference between the good guys or civilians that may be in the vicinity and once they are launched they cannot be called back.

The counter winning argument is there is no need to send troops into harms way.
