City Council has become so ridiculous lately. What is wrong with current Espanade? I did a 10 minute walking tour of the Espanade two months ago and there's nothing wrong it. That money could be better spent on fixing some of Windsor's badly broken roads near downtown. Just take a look at Giles Ave from Ouellette to Bruce. It's so badly busted up it's disgraceful. It's like driving over a couple dozen speed bumps. Or how about Wyandotte Street West near Adie Knox? Even converting the long vacant Windsor Arena barn into a long needed indoor Farmer's Market would be far better than this.Quote:

Like many city hall esplanades it's mostly empty but I don't see how it could be activated so that it would be used much when you've got the riverfront parks so nearby.
