So who Died?

Someone at work just mentioned the Detroit Athletic Club will be shutdown this Thursday for the funeral of a very prominent metro Detroit businessmen. Anyone have any insight on who that may be? The first person to cross our minds was Mike Illitch, although I'd think there would be some sort of announcement. He hasn't been very visible lately and his failing health has been clearly noticeable in the past couple of years. I hope it's not; the guy deserves to see the Tigers win a WS before he passes, maybe watch a hockey game in a new stadium.
