I noticed that there are currently lights [[construction lights?) on at the old Standard Federal building on Woodward, next to the Guardian Builing. Is anyone aware a future tenant or use for this building? I remember that someone wanted to use the facade for outdoor advertising, however, the CoD would not allow it. Is this building part of Gilbert's plan for Woodward retail space?
