Multiple Terrorism Attacks in Paris - Reports incoming

UN condemns the terrorists attack. Death toll rising. Paris completely shut down [[not since 1944). Waves of violence from a concert hall, restaurant, etc. Borders closed. Suspected terrorist arrested states: 'I Am From ISIS'. The 'first' news on this tragedy will be crucial before the spin begins:

BREAKING: PARIS UNDER SIEGE

I'm noticing some people whom I don't think of as religious posting prayers for Paris and otherwise offering condolences for the tragedy there. President Obama this morning assured us that IS had been "contained". He was premature with that assessment it seems. Another story today claims the President wants to bring in more than the 10,000 Syrians he already decided to share with us. What I haven't seen in the news is a similar outflowing of sympathy for the 224 Russians killed over Egypt two weeks ago. It's looking more and more like a bomb was used to kill those Russians. Anyway, I would like to extend my sympathies to both the Russian and French people for the atrocities they suffered. Justice can wait awhile.

I also wouldn't be too hasty to blame acceptance of the foreigners or wayfarers [[as the scripture in OT & NT insist) as the cause of this, as some are already doing [[as if to justify Trump's words). To punish those refugees-after all they've been through [[even IF it was proven the terrorists migrated through their herd)-would not be humane, fair, or merciful.

All of Paris and and France has been under ISIS terrorist hit list since their tabloid news magazine posted cartoon defacing their holy prophet Muhammed. This attack is just like out of the ancient barbarian culture. Instead of swords and shields and knives and guns. Parisians and French is going to have to step up their national security. Islam is coming back to your nation for the second time since the days before age of Charlemagne. Get ready, its going to be a crusade to remember.

It is truly horrifying.

The image of the pregnant woman dangling from a window is horrifying.

Most of the places hit were "soft targets". Oddly, no places of worship or government facilities were targeted, as usual [[like the Erawan Shrine in Bangkok three months ago). Places of culture where large crowds gathered were hit. My mother pointed out that some bombers were by the doors [[if-and I say IF-the same smoking laws persist in France as they do here, it just wasn't to damage egress but also to affect clusters of puffing loiterers near the entrances.).

Whereas, Sarkozy only had gypsies to kick around, now, folks want to blame refugees all over Europe [[even though one was a citizen of France for five years). Folks want to blame Muslims.

Letting terrorists take away any morale ground and sense of charity [[especially if you claim to be an atheist who is using arguments of morales and ethics to condemn where you deem religion lacking) from us by instilling hatred and xenophobia is not the way. It only lets them win.

Also, we can't let guys like Trump and any equivalent be right in their far-flung strategies.

If it is a matter of how these terrorists felt towards their own refugees, then did they take offense at countries that didn't accept them like Hungary? More over, what does it mean for places that did take them in? Is Germany to be targeted next?

Wednesday. Just watching the latest results of Islamic terror in Paris and realizing that a Policeman's lot is really not a happy one. They were facing muslim dickheads that want to blow the world up and themselves to attain 72 virgins [[what do the female suicide bombers get in Jannah - 72 what?) and behind them are the World Press ghouls reporting on what they don't know while getting in their way. The overall common sense moral you come away with though has to be - DON'T LET THEM ENTER YOUR COUNTRY! There are circa 198 countries in UN [[we alone pay 22% of its budget and what do we get in return? - shit on), so if we say NO they still have 197 to choose from.

The refugees aren't terrorists, however. So a mature and intellectually honest "moral" is much different than what you've presented.

You're right Ray but this time there's a BIG difference. Because of UN and our pathetically naive negotiators over the years [[culminating in the current ones) we have signed on to a set of Terms of Engagement that guarantees that we can't win a war with fire power in case the most backward dysfunctional people in the world are offended. So wars will go on forever; we'll never win one because it wouldn't be fair and the only collateral damage we'll experience is to our own population. That will be fair and everybody will like us for being nice and move here to claim our welfare benefits until there's more of them than us - then they and UN have won.

Those pictures are disturbing, indeed. National news only briefly touched on it [[as they did a similar senseless homespun massacre done by a gun enthusiast across the state), but the words "100 dead" was not easy to ignore.

Eh, yes -- though dailymail has a junk 'tabloid' aspect, they shy little from somewhat detailed photos. And posting stories fast. To say the least.
