Local knowledge - help find architect or builder of 14901 Minock

Being an eastsider I need the help to find the architect or builder of 14901 Minock Boulevard, and the architect or builder and build date of 22400 Roxford [[the address is approximate as it is not viewable from the street) in old Redford.at the corner of Roxford and Northrop. Attachment 10983

I've seen that stone one, very impressive. The whole block is interesting, by the golf course.
