Less than a month after completing the Michigan Avenue resurface, I noticed backhoes digging up the Michigan/Grand Blvd. intersection. They had all but 1 lane [[Eastbound) dug up. I know things happen but the road was so nice, no bumps, no pot holes, nice and smooth. Now when they are done, they will just throw some cold patch in and smooth it with a shovel. I'm sure the patchwork will last till the next time they resurface Michigan.in about 30 years.
