Every time I pass the long shuttered Agave I wonder why that space hasn't been revived. Great location, always liked the room. Anyone have ideas on who owns it and why it sits dormant?

I'm pretty sure I heard that Atlas Global Bistro is moving over there.
Colleen and a friend of hers did the murals in the courtyard years ago, when it was Stewart's.
Do any forum members remember the 3D murals?
