It would be nice to finally see some windows on this building.
I'm wondering what's planned here,...retail, restaurant, bar?
gthomas, in the curbed article it says that it will be a new studio building for the artist Adnan Chararas.
Those outdoor patio chairs fooled me, usually when you see those.. its some sort of cafe, restaurant.? That's where my logistic question came about. Just was wondering Royce..
