Brush Park RFP: What Happened?

So...back in January we heard the hype about the request for proposals for the city-owned parcels in Brush Park. The original deadline for proposals was February 5, but I see that the deadline was extended another 30 days to March 7. Does anybody have any inside info on what's going on here? I'm hoping the extension indicates that there were several interested parties who needed time to put their proposals together. With the original date for final selection set for February 26th, should we then expect an announcement later this week?
