Reflecting a building of the expanding Detroit Medical Center across  Woodward, Orchestra Place has solidified revival of the once desolate area that had surrounded the rotting away Orchestra Hall.

Spawned from the success of the restored Orchestra Hall, Orchestra Place, with it facilities for the performing arts and its excellent Duet Restaurant, demonstrates how preservation of one building can inspire the development of the surrounding area.
