1. Detroit will not be selected for a 2020 MLS expansion team, but will likely be selected in 2022 if it re-submits its bid.

2. Gilbert will break ground on the Monroe Block project by no later than the following Winter.

3. Detroit will make it to the short list of Amazon finalists, but ultimately Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas and Philadelphia will have the edge and one of these cities be selected [[mainly because of Detroit's lack of transit).

4. Eastland will close, but only if Burlington Coat Factory closes their Eastland location first.

5. Sears and Kmart will close more stores around Metro Detroit. The Oakland Mall location is most likely to be shuttered first.

6. Chick-Fil-A will launch their planned 20 store expansion across Metro Detroit [[Woo-Hoo! )

7. Flagstar Bank will announce they're relocating their HQ to the Hudson site skyscraper.

8. Gilbert will reveal his plans for the Uniroyal site.

9. Nashville will surpass Detroit in population.

10. Rite Aid stores in Detroit will be converted to Walgreens, as Rite Aid sells their locations and pulls out of the market.

11. Gilbert will reveal more details about the proposed Q-Line down Jefferson.

A bank downtown again would be great.

10. Rite Aid stores in Detroit will be converted to Walgreens, as Rite Aid sells their locations and pulls out of the market.

That would be good, too. Rite Aid is terrible.
