Looks like they want to attract the well to do college crowd like The Scott. I can't see rents being below $2/sqft.No word on what the Bagley side will look like yet? It is hard to tell exactly what is planned, even with the floor layout.
A pool and hot tub is visible in a central room, and outdoor fire pits are a feature in the courtyard. It almost looks like the central courtyard is going to double as a public performance stage, with public street entrances on Park Avenue and on Clifford near a vehicle drop-off area. Apartments appear to face the courtyard and Bagley. Retail faces Park and Washington. It looks like vehicle traffic will mostly be confined to Clifford.
