What's the story about 1051 Berkshire? That house is great and has so much character. Looks like something so different from Donaldson and Meier's other works too.
Anyone have any idea where this house was located? I am guessing Brush Park, because it looks to be pre-1905 ish...

I have a feeling the design was conceived by Walter Meier. His father had already passed away. I also think John Donaldson was not involved in the day to day operations of the firm at that point. A good friend of mind is a Meier. He has a family history that includes info on the house. Next time you are in town we can meet with him just give me a little lead time.
