This is a wake-up call for society. It's tragic when someone has to die because of threatening behavior. It's even more tragic when someone dies because of miscommunication.

People do not know how to communicate when they are afraid. And they do not know how to communicate that they mean no harm. People don't know how to communicate when they're angry. People don't know how to make sure their anger is not displaced.

You combine all of this...what a heartbreaking world we're in.
