Found my Brookins pictures. The first is from Rossiter facing south towards Grayton. I'm guessing the house you were talking about is not in the picture - probably was on the northwest or southwest corner of Grayton/Rossiter.
The second is from Grayton looking towards the Lakepoint side of the park - the direction from which I usually approached there and hence my name "Lakepoint Park!"
