Yes! I agree..Its nothing compare to any suburbs. Theres alot of advantage here in the city if you look closely. Most people who beg differ probably dont know what it mean to live in a city or never been? You cant beat that location, and LOCATION is everything to be successful..When people come visit from out of town they dont want to go to a suburb.
