Lousy day - just listing to old Rockabilly and Blues from the 50's.

Can't cut and paste - Rockin' at midnight
    Rocket 69 - Ike Turner?
    Drill Daddy, Drill
Turn the Lamps down Low - I know what that is about. [[It's about getting god damn old), god damn it. And I don't like what I see either.

And of course the best of Lynard Skynard Rocks. I'm just a simple man.

Willie Nelson & Toots Hibbert, "Worried Man"

    Tom Waits "Step Right Up"

    Wall of Voodoo, "Mexican Radio"

    Warren Zevon, "Carmelita"

    Delbert McClinton, "When Rita Leaves"

    Clifford Brown, "Cherokee"

Lambert, Hendricks & Ross, "Twisted" & "Jumpin' At The Woodside"

    Eddie Jefferson, "Filthy McNasty"

I also ran across a parody song done by a guy named Rick Cormier called "Let Me See Your Titties Bare", a take-off of "Teddy Bear" by Elvis, which was actually very good!

Recently, I have been listening to a lot of Adele. I think she's by far the most talented singer out there right now.

Did you see the Jayhawks last week, Pam? They were wonderful, and Rayland Baxter, who opened up, was also very good. His songs were beautiful and melancholy - very nice stuff.
