What is that tall almost 20 story building behind the hotel? I don't remember it being proposed [[and it's certainly not built).

I noticed that too and the Freep calls it a photo of the hotel. No mention of artist's renderings to make the area look more attractive - obviously provided by the seller.

According to an earlier post in this thread the hotel sold at auction for 850K 9-10 yrs. ago. Now he wants 26 million. He did put in a pool so I guess that's about right.

Roberts wanted to build condos and turn the whole property into a resort. Roberts/Detroit Rivera or something along those lines. He’s marketing the potential of the entire site hence the outrageous ask.
