    I noticed that too and the Freep calls it a photo of the hotel. No mention of artist's renderings to make the area look more attractive - obviously provided by the seller.

    Roberts wanted to build condos and turn the whole property into a resort. Roberts/Detroit Rivera or something along those lines. He’s marketing the potential of the entire site hence the outrageous ask.
