Another article claims that an additional 350,000 copies of Ayn Rand novels have been sent to schools this year and estimates that 1M copies are to be found in schools. My guess, though, is that books about Barack Obama are checked out more.

The only non-fiction book Rand could have written would have been a screed on how she smoked herself to death, and denied that smoking caused cancer, and was so reviled as a person she was consigned to die alone, gasping away on an oxygen mask, principles intact, and leaving no gap in anyone's heart.
