Only if you like the facts distorted and slanted to fit their sinister agenda.

In other words, whatever CCBatson finds convenient for his purposes, regardless of how untruthful it may be.

The so-called "Heritage Foundation" is just another fascist stink tank paid for by the wealthy corporate oligarchs.

Not one shred of crediblity. I saw one of their spokesmodels on TV the other day labeled a "distinguished fellow" LOL!!

About as distinguished as their convention's speaker:

So typical...ignore the concepts/facts/logic and dismiss based on ignorant prejudice.

Have I ever done this? Nope.

Show me some facts and concepts that merit a response.

Heritage Foundation drivel doesn't cut the mustard- the cheese, maybe, but not the mustard.

Just givin' it all the respect and credulity it deserves.

Yes, every time you try to use a radical like Beck, Levin, Hannity, etc as a source for anything promoted by Democrats. Those kind of people are incapable of reporting on anything good done by those who they see as left of their warped views.

The president could save a woman from a burning car and your ditto heads would spin it so that the story was Obama forced another person to pay taxes.

But only after they criticized Obama for allowing the car to burn in the first place. It's a socialist plot to burn all of our cars and force us to buy new ones via the "Cash For Cinders" initiative.

And how exactly did he come to be there precisely at the moment the car was burning? Could it have been a staged event by the Left-Wing Media to bolster his waning popularity?

    Coincidence? I think not...

And ALL polling shows America wants universal, public option health care.

The people don't have lobbyists, only the wealth interests do, namely corporate America, corporate Saudi Arabia, and so on. Their interests get written into law, not ours, in case you haven't noticed.

So, in spite of the fact that an overwhelming majority of Americans want these changes, congress will vote the corporate interests. Big Pharma and Giant Health are paying 1.5 million per day to lobby congress into voting away the public option.

There is no such thing as representative government unless you're Exxon Mobil.

No, sir, you are the one living in a perpetual state of paralysis. I read polls every day, and not the ones conducted by Rethuglican stink tanks.

Resurgent Republic -- right-wing GOP pollsters -- ran a "which message do you agree with more" poll:

    Message A:
Americans need a public health insurance plan administered by the federal government to expand choices and control costs by competing with private health insurance companies.
    Message B:
A government-run health insurance plan will use taxpayer subsidies to undercut private insurance rates, and force private companies out of business, resulting in everyone going into a government-run plan

message A won, 47%-44% - even with he leading nature of the wording

I believe Rb scored one on you. Although, I'm sure you wont believe any poll unless it was conducted by the likes of a radical conservative like Beck, Levin, Hannity, etc. Their words are gospel to you and your clansman.

I agree that polls by themselves can be made to make any point, so...polls, teaparties, town halls, emails to legislators, etc...all together, a person must be dreaming to believe that the populace facing 10 percent unemployment, Trillions in debt and deficits, new taxes, etal are in favor of more of the cause to try and heal the problem.

When the polls support your position, they're accurate reflections of reality. When they don't, they're dismissible as easily manipulated.

Trying to have your cake and eat it too, again, I see.

yet again, bats falls into a delusional state of denial over the true cause of the current economic crisis, ignores the fact that MOST of that debt was caused by republican tax cuts for the rich, etc. etc.

Yesterday, I phoned the local Walgreens to schedule a flu shot for my wife. They had had a sign out front reading, "flu shots now available". My call was routed to a phamacist who informed me that they were out of syringes. I suggested that that sounded sort of third world. His explanation was that the federal government [[He did not make reference to Obama) had bought up all the syringes. He thought that a shipment of syringes would arrive in eight days. While the seasonal flu spreads, the government has the syringe supply in boxes in a warehouse somewhere.

I then asked about if Walgreen's would be selling H1N1 vaccines. He said yes but those weren't available either. I read an article todaay about a two year old twenty miles away who was healthy on Saturday and died from H1N1 flu on Sunday. Guess she didn't get a shot.

My wife happened to be at another Walgreen's 50 miles away today. That Walgreens also had the seasonal flu vaccine in hand but was also out of syringes.
