Or approve the use of weed as a medical tool,while not approving or recognizing it on the federal level,then creating all kinds of toxic compounds to use in it under the guise that it is legal,because the tax revenues look promising.

Lots overlook the negative side of things in favor of the positive side of things,until they become the victim of the negative side.

Imagine if you were an African American and the government came to your town and said,in order to prevent the spread of syphilis you need to take this vaccine.

It was after all in public’s best interests,then imagine being that same person and finding out,it was not a shot to prevent syphilis but a shot to sterilize you in order to prevent you from reproducing.

I will bet there was those who at that time also went around saying and pointing the finger saying - you anti vaxer - take the shot,what kind of person are you not to comply ?

Or how about trying on this new asbestos suit,it will protect you from the heat.

Lots of products and medicines have been manufactured through the years and held the claim of the best thing for you,until they are found to be not not ,then it is to late.

It used to be the pharmaceutical companies either paid test subjects to he injected or they found some remote village in some third world country that nobody cares about anyways.

Now they have found a willing population right in their back yard that begs them to be test subjects and helps their business by running around and pointing the finger at others who choose not to be the test subjects.

The thing about all of that,when those that are laying there dying in the hospital from the side effects are at the point where they do not get to question the validity or get a second chance.

People do not question the chemicals they are putting in their body from the foods they eat but have issues with others because they do not want to inject chemicals.
