Xfinity hack affects nearly 36 million customers

Comcast said in a filing with Maine's attorney general's office that the hack affected 35.8 million people, with the media and technology giant notifying customers of the attack through its website and by email, the company said Monday.

I wasn't notified by email.

Was anyone else notified by Comcast?

I checked my spam folder too but found nothing.

I finally received the email today — two weeks after it was announced.

How ironic. The Pony Express would have communicated faster than Xfinity and communication is their business! LOL!
