    not sure how the 'photo upload' feature works on this site <still getting familiar with the forum>
    it looks like I can only upload six or seven images in any given post? There's more than that. Here's a link to my iCloud

    the SMALLEST pyramid clocks in at approximately 52 inches tall.

    all four poles, and all three pyramids, are topped with these translucent pyramids bearing bits of metal and ball bearings and such. The picture I took with my iPhone really doesn't do it proper justice. They're much more beguiling in person.

    That top layer is kind of creepy in a Trypophobia way. Imagine how it would look if it were lit from within. It really needs a lightbulb.

    I get the creepy; don't like things like that or lotus pods, etc myself. But this took some real work. I'd love to know how that was made.

    To me that top layer looks like acorns and the whole thing might have been cast in epoxy resin. It looks like wax but wax wouldn't weather well.

    It would have made a nice video. Maybe there is a video and we just haven't found it yet.

    I also like the way the wood weathers so that you can tell which part was placed first.
